Instrumentation Valves & Fittings Sdn Bhd is a privately owned company that specialises in supplying precision instruments for Oil, gas, Petrochemical, Process & Power industries in Malaysia. It was incorporated and started business in May of 1985. We are registered to engage in business with all relevant statutory and quasi-statutory bodiees like Petronas, Ministry of Finance, Tenaga Nasional Berhad and Keretapi Tanah Melayu (KTM).

Nitrogen Booster Skid

    • The scope of supply is to provide a Gas Booster Skid, to charge a 50 Liter Portable Nitrogen Cylinder up to 450bar from a 200bar Nitrogen source.
    • This system includes an automatic cut-off system where the supply and pressure is automatically stopped at 450 bar using an air pilot switch.

Chemical Injection Skid

    • The scope of supply is to provide total 6 different chemical injection packages in one skid. 
    • The chemicals involve Biocide, Methanol, Corrosion Inhibitor, Deoiler, Anti Scaling and Chemical.
    • High pressure tubing & fittings from Butech are installed in the Methanol Injection Skid for discharge pressure up to 730 barg.
    • The skid design is double-decker type, due to skid limitation.

Demulsifier Injection Skid

    • The scope of supply is to provide 0.17L/min of capacity at 94 Barg. 
    • This package including 2 nos of API 675 pumps, 12m stainless steel 316L tank, pulsation dampener, pressure relief valve and other instrumentation. 
    • Dimension: 3000L x 2000W x 2200mm H.

Chemical Injection skid

    • The scope of supply is to provide technical design and Fabrication service for total 13 units of Chemical Injection Pump Skids.
    • These skids included pump, Tank and other instrumentation.

Nitrogen Generator Package

    • The scope of supply is to provide 110sm/hour at 95% purity of nitrogen Skid size: 68m (H) x 4.3m (L) x 2.5m (W). This package include, inlet air filter, nitrogen membrane and 10m3 nitrogen receiver.
